Tuesday Presentation: Session 1
Class Title: Leveraging AI to Systematize your Business
We wear a lot of hats! Marketing and Prospecting are two of the most important hats we wear! Without prospecting, we have no business, and without marketing our listings don’t sell and we don’t get hired. Marketing is at the crux of it all, yet, we tend to hand over our marketing, our social media content creation, our literal digital and print persona to others to create and manage.
We have taken the most important first step: we aligned with Engel & Völkers which has one of the most iconic, recognizable, and consistent brands. They give us so many tools to leverage that brand! But creating each and every item to promote ourselves and our business can feel overwhelming.
Leveraging AI can change all of that if you know how. You’ll learn how to train your Gemini to sound like you, write like you, and respond like you. You’ll create your Master Prompt to teach it about you. You will learn how to generate a month’s worth of prospecting/marketing content, schedule it to go out and complete it all in one workshop sitting. All registrants will need to have their laptops at the summit and know their passwords. They will be sent a preparation sheet ahead of the summit.

Tuesday Presentation: Session 2
Class Title: Influence: The Psychology Behind What Makes Clients Say Yes
Every agent knows how to show homes and present data — but the ones who win consistently understand what really drives client decisions. It’s not just charm or experience — it’s psychology. In this high-impact session, you’ll learn how to use proven influence strategies to shape perception, create urgency, and build trust before you even make the ask.
You’ll learn how to ethically leverage the most powerful psychological triggers in business: Halo Effect, Liking, Authority, Anchoring, Contrast, Commitment & Consistency, Confirmation Bias, Social Proof, Unity, Scarcity, and Reciprocity. Whether you’re working with buyers, sellers, or referrals, this class will give you the tools to guide clients with confidence, create urgency without pressure, and elevate your influence at every step of the sales process.
